I went on a date last night

I had an date last night with the most amazing man in the world.. Handsome Seth!

It wasn't a special occasion or even anything super planned out but it was a fabulous impromptu evening just the same. It actually started with us heading over to Annapolis to check out a house that we may be (fingers crossed) living in in the near future then headed on to Baltimore. We were going to go to Pier 6 Pavillion to see G. Love and Special Sauce. Don't know who they are then click here to check out one of their songs or here for a personal favorite.

We had a little time to kill before the show and since Seth had only been there once before, and even that was years ago, we just meandered around the Inner Harbor for a bit. It was a gorgeous day and I had on my strappy green shoes with just enough heel to make me feel really pretty so obviously we were off to a great start.

First order of business.,, Hats in the Belfry to try on random hats and giggle at each other. I just love all the vintage style hats they had and even found one that I think is just made for my large head.

Seth took me to dinner. I bought us both new sunglasses. Seth's were eaten up by the Atlantic Ocean. It was the least I could do after Seth pointed out I realized that it was my fault that the original glasses were lost since I forgot to remind Seth just how wild the waves can be off the coast of Ocean City.

Then it was off Pier Six. I just LOVE going to see Live Music. I love to be outside surrounded by like minded people brought together by their shared love of music. I love that energy buzz that you can feel when you get a large group of people together and enjoying the same thing. It's fantastical.

I love a good show even more when I'm with Seth. We have been to some really great shows together over the years and there is always such a close connection between us when we simply put our arms around each other and dance to the music. I can't help but smile just thinking about it.

There were no photos taken to document this beautiful evening and there aren't even any photos accompanying my rambling which is definetely a first for me. I just wanted to share one of my new favorite memories.

Life is good!
